Class 1 Driver - Trunking - Bristol

Blue Arrow Bristol are recruiting Class 1 Trunk Drivers to work for our client based in Bristol. We also have identical roles available in Bridgwater and Gloucester locations as well just in case it might be closer to you or you might know someone else who is also looking for work.

The roles will only involve trunking with no handballing whatsoever. All drivers will be driving to one of the Midlands Hubs and returning to the location they started from (Bristol, Bridgwater or Gloucester). The client operates a modern and well maintained fleet of vehicles with exceptional operating standards.

The start times will be between 14:00-20:00 and the shifts will be between 10-12 hours long. The client operates 7 days per week and we ideally are looking for drivers who could either work Monday to Friday OR do 1-2 days over the weekends, although other options will be considered too.

Pay Rates

• Monday - Friday: £18.15ph and £25.25ph OT after 8 hours
• Saturday: £23.52ph and £25.25ph OT after 8 hours
• Sunday: £26.25ph all hours

Requirements

• Full UK Class C+E Licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 12 months' HGV Class 1 experience
• Data available on your tachograph card displaying work over last 6 months
• We cannot accept more than 6 points or DR/DG/CD/DD/BA on a licence
