HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers - 13-Week Temp to Perm

Location: Barrow upon Soar, LE12

Full-Time | Monday to Friday Only | Immediate Start

Blue Arrow is recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to support a well-established logistics operation in Barrow upon Soar. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent weekday work with excellent rates and a clear pathway to permanent employment.

Drivers who demonstrate reliability and performance will be offered a permanent contract following a successful 13-week period.

Pay Rates (PAYE):

- Day Shifts (Mon-Fri, 06:00-18:00): £16.59 per hour
- Night Shifts (Mon-Fri, 18:00-06:00): £17.70 per hour

Your Role:

You'll be delivering building materials for a leading name in the construction industry to client premises and other XPO depots. This is a trunking and site delivery role with no cage movements and no handball required. The operation is clean, well-organized, and safety-focused.

Requirements:

- Valid LGV1 (C+E) licence
- Up-to-date Digi Tacho and CPC
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD/DR/IN codes)
