Blue Arrow, in partnership with XPO, is recruiting Class 1 Drivers for a leading pharmaceutical distribution operation.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional logistics operation completing trunking work to RDCs and customer sites throughout the UK, with guaranteed routes, peak rates and ongoing work available.
Available Shifts
AM Shifts
- Start times between 02:00 and 08:00
PM Shifts
- Start times between 13:00 and 17:45
Night Shifts
- Start times between 19:00 and 23:00
Weekends
- Weekend work available
- Pre-booked and guaranteed routes
Peak Pay Rates
Peak rates commence from Monday 10th August 2026 and are available for the remainder of 2026.

- £24.00 per hour
- PAYE
- Holiday accrual
The Role
- Trunking work only
- Delivering for a leading pharmaceutical customer
- Routes to RDCs and customer sites throughout the UK
- Pre-booked and guaranteed routes
- Driving a modern fleet of vehicles
- No handball involved
- Working within a professional and well-established transport operation
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Professional and reliable approach to work
