The Role

If you are an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver looking for a stable, long‑term opportunity in the Midlands, this role offers consistent day shifts, excellent working conditions and a clear route to permanent employment. Based in Dordon (B78 1SQ), this position involves multidrop deliveries across Birmingham, Stourbridge and surrounding areas, making it ideal for drivers with strong local route knowledge.

This vacancy offers regular weekday work with early starts, predictable hours and a supportive, well‑structured operation. With a 13‑week temp‑to‑perm pathway, it provides job security and long‑term progression for reliable and professional HGV drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Start daily at 06:00 am from Dordon.
• Complete 5-6 drops across Birmingham, Stourbridge and nearby areas.
• Conductpost‑delivery collections from:
  • Crick
  • Daventry
  • Return to Mobis after completing collections
• Handle delivery paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Operate safely, professionally and in line with all transport regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous multidrop delivery experience is beneficial
• Strong knowledge of Midlands routes
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
