Class 2 Driver

We are recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for ongoing delivery work across the UK, delivering high-end kitchen products to residential and commercial customers.

Working alongside a Driver's Mate, you'll support deliveries, assist with unloading and help ensure excellent customer service. This role includes occasional nights out and tramping when required, offering a great mix of driving and customer-facing work. Immediate starts are available, and newly qualified Class 2 Drivers are encouraged to apply.

Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and growing logistics operation specialising in the delivery of premium kitchen products. You'll work as part of a two-person delivery team, ensuring products arrive safely and on time while maintaining high service standards.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Occasional nights out required
• Tramping duties as required, but not on a full-week basis
• Early starts depending on delivery schedules

Pay and Benefits

• £17.22 per hour PAYE
• Holiday pay accrued separately
• £25.00 tax-free night out allowance
• Regular ongoing work

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end kitchen products across the UK
• Work alongside a Driver's Mate to complete deliveries safely and efficiently
• Assist with locating delivery addresses
• Support unloading and handling products at customer premises
• Conduct daily vehicle checks
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery
• Adhere to all transport legislation and company procedures

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Professional and reliable approach to work
• Flexibility to complete occasional nights out and tramping duties
