Wage: £12.71ph

Hours: 14:30-18:30 weekdays 21st - 30th October and again 11th-13th November

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join a busy team within a large production environment in Alfreton.

This is a hands-on cleaning role covering offices, toilets and shared areas across the site. Due to the nature and location of the workplace, applicants must be comfortable working within a large industrial/production environment.

Duties will include:

Cleaning offices and work areas
Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
Cleaning communal and shared areas
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and general cleaning
Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site
Following site health and safety procedures
Completing physically active cleaning duties throughout the shift

Essential Requirements:

Applicants must:

Be available for an immediate start
Be able to drive and have access to suitable transport due to the location
Be physically fit and comfortable undertaking a hands-on, active role
Be comfortable cleaning toilets, offices and communal areas
Be comfortable working within a large production environment
Have safety shoes
Be able to wear the required work clothing: black long trousers and a black top
Be reliable and able to follow instructions and health and safety procedures

Suitable Experience:

Previous experience in any of the following would be beneficial:

Cleaner
Industrial Cleaner
Factory Cleaner
Warehouse Cleaner
Office Cleaner
Production Cleaner
Hygiene Operative
Facilities Cleaner

Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential if you are reliable, physically capable and able to meet all of the essential requirements above.
