Cleaner (Part-Time)
Location: Gloucester
Hours: 7:00am - 11:00am, 7 days per week (4 hours per day)
Contract: Part-Time
Salary: Competitive
Flexible Opportunity: We are open to recruiting either:
- One Cleaner to cover all 7 days per week, or
- Two Cleaners who can share the shifts across the week.
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within a supported accommodation setting.
You will be responsible for ensuring communal areas and facilities are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, helping to create a comfortable and pleasant environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean communal areas including kitchens, bathrooms, lounges, corridors, offices, and entrances.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitise surfaces.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Ensure cleaning standards are maintained consistently throughout the building.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report stock shortages.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or health and safety concerns.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and infection control guidelines.
About You
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Able to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Friendly, professional, and respectful towards colleagues and residents.
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
