Cleaner (Part-Time)

Location: Gloucester
Working Hours: 7:00am - 11:00am, 7 days a week (4-hour shifts)
Contract Type: Part-Time
Pay Rate: Competitive

Flexible Working Arrangement

We are happy to consider either:

• One Cleaner to work all 7 days per week, or
• Two Cleaners who can split the shifts across the week to provide full coverage.

About the Position

We are currently looking for a dependable and motivated Cleaner to help maintain high standards of cleanliness within a supported accommodation environment.

This role plays an important part in ensuring residents, staff, and visitors enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming setting. You'll take responsibility for the upkeep of communal spaces and help promote excellent hygiene standards throughout the property.

Main Duties

• Clean communal areas including kitchens, bathrooms, lounges, hallways, offices, and entrance areas.
• Carry out daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
• Remove waste and ensure bins are emptied regularly.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness standards across all shared facilities.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when stock requires replenishment.
• Report any damage, repairs, maintenance concerns, or health and safety issues.
• Adhere to company cleaning procedures, health and safety regulations, and infection control measures.

About You

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous, although full training can be provided.
• Reliable, honest, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Professional and courteous when interacting with residents, colleagues, and visitors.
• Takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
