Cleaning Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our client's cleaning team in Dorking area. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of cleaners on site
• Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met and maintained
• Carry out routine inspections and quality checks
• Cover absences, and manage daily workloads
• Ensure health & safety and COSHH procedures are followed
• Report issues, manage stock levels

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities role
• Own car is essential
• Supervisory or team leader experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team
• Good knowledge of health & safety standards
• Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude
