What You'll Be Doing

As an Affiliate Account Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of affiliate partners. You'll nurture relationships, analyse performance, and help shape marketing strategies that drive global success.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing top-tier support to affiliate partners via email, phone, and instant messaging
• Reviewing and onboarding new affiliates with a focus on quality and compliance
• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve ROI
• Ensuring marketing campaigns meet compliance standards, especially for high-profile clients
• Building strong relationships to unlock growth and long-term success
• Attending major industry events in cities like Las Vegas, New York, Dubai, and Barcelona
• Contributing to a positive and professional team culture

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year in customer service, account management, or sales-related roles (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• GCSE Maths Grade B/6 or above
• A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
• Analytical mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
• A genuine interest in marketing and account management
• Experience in affiliate marketing is a bonus, but not essential
