Here at Serco, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Commercial Contracts Manager to play a critical role in shaping, negotiating, and managing contracts across our Scottish Health portfolio. This is a high-impact role for an ambitious individual who thrives in an operational and fast-paced environment.
As a Commercial Contracts Manager, you will be embedded in our Health Business Unit, providing expert commercial and contractual support across the entire contract lifecycle. You'll be instrumental in driving strong commercial outcomes while protecting the business from undue risk.
Working closely with operational teams, legal, and wider commercial colleagues, you'll lead negotiations with customers, subcontractors, partners, and SPVs. Your focus will be on delivering value, minimising risk, and improving performance across our portfolio of complex contracts—including Public Finance Initiative (PFI) agreements, where your experience will be essential.
