We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Window Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in commercial window cleaning, access work, and grounds maintenance, with a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial window cleaning for offices, retail, and industrial properties
• Working at height using access equipment where required
• Water-fed pole and traditional window cleaning methods
• Grounds maintenance duties including litter picking, grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general site upkeep
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Maintaining equipment and reporting any defects

Essential Requirements

✅ Previous commercial window cleaning experience

✅ Access trained (IPAF, PASMA, or equivalent preferred)

✅ Grounds maintenance experience

✅ Full UK driving licence (must be able to drive)

✅ Reliable, professional, and hardworking

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

• Experience using ride-on or pedestrian grounds maintenance equipment
• Health & Safety qualifications
• First Aid certification
