Community Work Order Supervisor

Blue Arrow are recruiting a Community Work Order Supervisor to join West Lothian Council's Community Payback Unpaid Work Team in Livingston. You'll supervise and support individuals completing Community Payback Orders, helping them develop skills, engage positively, and contribute to meaningful community projects.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Supervising work teams on community projects across West Lothian

✅ Supporting and motivating individuals to complete unpaid work requirements

✅ Ensuring compliance with court orders and health & safety standards

✅ Working on a variety of projects including painting, community improvements, workshop activities and more

What we're looking for:

• Full UK driving licence
• Experience working with people
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to motivate, support and supervise others effectively

Hours & Pay

💷 £17.12 per hour

🕒 36 hours per week

📅 Rotating shift pattern including:

• Sunday: 9:30am to 4:00pm (weekend enhancement payable)
• Monday: 10:00am to 9:00pm
• Tuesday: 9:30am to 4:30pm
• Wednesday: 9:30am to 9:00pm
