Compliance Testing Manager

A growing international banking organisation is seeking an experienced Compliance Testing Manager to support the expansion of its London Compliance function. This is a new role offering the opportunity to help build and enhance the Compliance Testing framework while working closely with an established international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute compliance testing reviews across the business
- Assess compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and controls
- Identify control gaps and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain testing plans and methodologies
- Prepare testing reports, findings, and remediation actions
- Engage with senior stakeholders on testing outcomes and action plans
- Support regulatory reporting and governance committee updates
- Help develop and strengthen the London Compliance Testing capability
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience within Compliance Testing, or Internal Audit
- Strong understanding of compliance testing frameworks and risk assessment methodologies
- Experience writing test plans and detailed reports
- Ability to manage complex testing reviews independently
- Institutional or wholesale banking experience
- Knowledge of FCA regulations essential; PRA knowledge beneficial
- CIA, CPA, ACA, or similar qualification preferred
