📅 Temporary Ongoing Position

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Composite Fitter to join a well-established manufacturing business based in the Raynesway area of Derby. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity offering regular daytime hours and an immediate start for the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Fitting and assembling composite components to engineering specifications.
• Trimming, drilling, bonding and finishing composite parts.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Working within a fast-paced production environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Composite Fitter, Composite Technician or similar manufacturing role.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00am - 2:00pm
• No weekends
