Spire Healthcare is recruiting a Contact Centre Sales Trainer to join our Patient Support Centre in Brentwood. This is a newly created, full-time permanent role focused on developing the capability and performance of our sales teams.

In this pivotal role, you will design and deliver high-quality sales training programmes that support both new starters and experienced agents. Working as part of a small UK-wide training network, you will help drive sales performance while ensuring compliance within the private healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging sales training programmes to support induction and ongoing development
  • Create and maintain training materials, presentations and digital learning content to ensure consistent and compliant delivery
  • Facilitate onboarding for new starters, ensuring a strong understanding of healthcare services, systems and processes
  • Deliver refresher training to keep teams up to date with product updates, sales techniques and regulatory requirements
  • Analyse performance data and feedback to continuously improve training programmes
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales agents and team leaders to support performance improvement
  • Collaborate with operational leaders, product specialists and healthcare professionals

You will be based within our modern and fast-paced Patient Support Centre in Brentwood, with the opportunity for occasional hybrid working.

About You

We are looking for a confident and engaging trainer who can develop others and drive performance in a regulated environment.

You will ideally have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a sales training, sales enablement or sales leadership role
  • Experience within a contact centre, healthcare or regulated environment (desirable)
  • A background in sales, customer service or healthcare administration
  • Experience designing and delivering training to diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and coaching skills
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office
  • The ability to interpret performance data and adapt training strategies accordingly
  • A commitment to high ethical standards and confidentiality

A qualification or certification in Learning & Development, Training or Adult Education would be highly desirable.
