Team Contract Administrator - 25k - London
Full-time | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as a Junior Contract Administrator. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone who has recently left education or is looking to transition from retail or hospitality into an office-based role.
Schedule subcontractors (e.g., electricians, plumbers) using Excel and internal systems
Coordinate with clients and subcontractors via phone and email
Support day-to-day administration and project coordination
Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
Assist the wider team with general office duties as required
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic knowledge of Excel and confidence using computer systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Has recently finished school, college, or university
looking to move from a customer-facing role (such as retail or hospitality) into an administrative or office-based career
Enjoys working in a team and learning new skills
Friendly, supportive team
