I am currently recruiting for a Contract Manager on behalf of a well-established national facilities management provider.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FM professional to oversee a multi-site contract covering Brighton, Crawley, Chichester and Horsham, managing cleaning, grounds maintenance and bulk waste collection services.

The role offers:

• Salary of £42,000 - £45,000

• Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multi-site soft FM contracts
• Leading and developing cleaning and grounds maintenance teams
• Managing budgets and contract performance
• Conducting audits, inspections and risk assessments
• Ensuring health & safety compliance
• Building strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders
• Driving service improvements and customer satisfaction

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience managing soft FM services, particularly cleaning and grounds maintenance
• Experience managing contracts valued at £1m+
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Budget and P&L responsibility
• Multi-site operational management experience
• Good knowledge of health & safety and compliance
• A full UK driving licence
