📍 Location: Fradley, Lichfield
💷 Salary: £15.00 per hour
🕒 Hours: Start times between 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM | 8.5-hour shifts (30-minute unpaid break)
📅 Pay: Weekly (PAYE)
Contract : Temporary to Permanent guaranteed after 12 weeks

We're currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy pallet network operation in Fradley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in fast-paced logistics or pallet distribution, such as Palletways or Palletline.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a counterbalance forklift to move 200-300 pallets per shift
* Support efficient loading and unloading of goods
* Maintain high standards of safety and accuracy
* Complete an assessment prior to starting

Requirements:
* Valid counterbalance forklift license (in-house licenses accepted)
* Previous experience in pallet networking or similar fast-paced environments
* Strong attention to detail and reliability
