Customer Service Administrator - Northampton Swan V

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for our well established client in Northampton Swan Valley NN4.

Job Purpose

The customer service administrator ensures that all customer related issues are accurately documented and communicated to the relevant parties, to communicate any failures and administer the return of goods, progress chase third party providers to ensure compliance of agreed processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Actively maintain the daily late running and failed delivery report ensuring it is disseminated at agreed publication times
* Create and monitor rebooks and returns, determining costings to all parties including additional costing and demurrage
* Initiate regular dialogue with third party providers to ensure that deliveries are meeting booking requirements
* Ensure weekly KPI reports are produced in an accurate and timely manner
* Effectively deal with day-to-day queries from customers and third-party providers
* Record and maintain delivery discrepancies ensuring these are reported to relevant parties
* Accurately administer and control all returned stock and collections in accordance with customers' expectations
* Complete Transport administration tasks to ensure accurate weekly accounts
* Ensure all systems are reviewed regularly to achieve continuous improvement
* Help to ensure we always operate a safe environment in-line with company policy
* Any other duties required by the business

Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong MS Office knowledge
* Previous experience working in a similar setting
* GTS / ESP, SAP knowledge is desirable
* Ability to multitask and work in a pressured environment
* Excellent communication, both verbal and written
* Active listening and influencing skills with the ability to deal with challenging issues
* An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
* The ability to work on won initiative and organise own workload
* Excellent customer service and influencing skills
* Demonstrate experience in similar role highly desirable
* Strong customer facing experience.
