Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Temp to perm
Location: Belper, Derbyshire

We have an exciting Data Administrator role, ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a logical mindset, and a passion for working with data and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Produce campaign selections for customers regarding appliance maintenance (emails, texts, letters, outbound dialling files).
* Arrange contact schedules with managers and provide response reporting for all outbound activity.
* Manage monthly mass uploads of contracts into Salesforce.
* Input D&G manual contracts and third-party monthly data into Salesforce and masterfiles.
* Handle customer requests for removal from mailing lists.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Maintain and cleanse contract and customer data using selection criteria.

Key requirements:
* High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
* Strong communication skills and ability to follow structured processes.
* Experience in data cleansing and manipulation.
* Understanding of core data responsibilities.
* Excel - essential
* Power BI - desirable (minimal usage)
