About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join the Finance Directorate based in Ballymena. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high‑quality performance information across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

The post holders will be responsible for:

• Supporting the implementation, development and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
• Producing bespoke performance information to meet users' specifications.
• Using advanced Excel, Microsoft Access and Power BI to manage, analyse and present data effectively.
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency and relevance.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to meet reporting requirements.

Essential Criteria

Applicants must have:

• A relevant 3rd level qualification with a significant data analytics component.
• Demonstrable experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Strong technical skills with Excel, Access and Power BI.
