Location: East Sussex

Hours: Evening shifts, part‑time

Pay: £12.50+

A well‑established organisation is seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Evening Cleaner to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and enjoys contributing to a welcoming, people‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning classrooms, communal areas, bathrooms, and staff spaces
• Ensuring all surfaces, floors, and equipment are sanitised to a high standard
• Emptying bins and managing waste safely
• Following health and safety procedures, including infection‑control guidelines
• Securing the building after cleaning (setting alarm and locking up)

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service required
• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a school or childcare environment
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliability and professionalism
