DBS cleaning supervisor - Birmingham

Blue Arrow are recruiting for an experienced cleaning supervisor to work with our client in the Birmingham area.

Working in an education setting, your duties will include:

• Supervise, support, and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver high cleaning standards.
• Allocate daily tasks, and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Provide training for new staff and ongoing guidance for the team.
• Carry out performance reviews and address any issues professionally.

Hours: Monday-Friday - 3.00pm - 6.00pm

Pay: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour

An enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service is required for this role
