Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:45 - 17:45 (FULL TIME ONLY)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Despatch Operative to join our client's Nottinghamshire site (Castelwood Business Park NG17) You will play a key role in ensuring that all products are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to meet customer expectations and delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack orders for dispatch in line with company standards.
• Verify goods against delivery notes and ensure accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods using systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve operational targets.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic IT skills for stock management systems.
• Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
