As a DevSecOps Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of development, operations, and security, helping organisations deliver software faster while maintaining the highest levels of security, compliance, and reliability. You'll play a key role in embedding security throughout the development lifecycle, automating infrastructure, and enabling engineering teams to innovate with confidence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support efficient and reliable software delivery
• Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies
• Integrate security controls and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Manage and optimise cloud-based environments across production and non-production systems
• Implement automated security testing, vulnerability management, and monitoring solutions
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Platform Teams, Security Specialists, and Technical Stakeholders
• Support containerised application deployments and orchestration platforms
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture across environments
• Identify, investigate, and remediate security risks and operational issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across DevOps, cloud, and security practices

Skills & Experience

We're interested in professionals who can demonstrate experience in some of the following areas:

• Commercial experience within DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
• Containerisation technologies such as Docker
• Kubernetes deployment and orchestration experience
• CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar
• Security tooling covering vulnerability management, scanning, monitoring, and compliance
• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages
• Experience implementing cloud security, identity management, and access controls
• Knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and modern application architectures
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
