We're on the hunt for a sharp, organised Order Processing & Dispatch Coordinator to join a leading fresh produce business in East Lothian.
You'll be at the heart of a buzzing packhouse operation - making sure orders are spot-on, stock is allocated smartly, and deliveries go out like clockwork. If you love keeping things running smoothly and get a kick out of nailing the details, keep reading.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- £32,000 - £38,000 salary (we reward experience)

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Process retailer orders via email, ERP (Tropos) & EDI systems
- Allocate stock & work closely with the packing team
- Build pallets to spec & keep dispatch records bang-on accurate
- Book hauliers, manage delivery slots & fix problems fast
- Keep traceability tight from order to dispatch
- Monitor stock levels (trays, pallets) & arrange replenishment
- Support production planning & keep stock sheets up to date
- Chip in wherever needed - we're a team!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Experience with ERP systems & EDI platforms (Tropos is a bonus)
- Solid Excel skills - you're comfortable wrangling data
- Organised, calm under pressure & solution-focused
- Great communicator - hauliers, depots, internal teams, you've got it covered
- Sharp eye for detail (especially stock control & paperwork)
- Clued up on food hygiene & H&S basics
- Own transport (essential - rural site)
- Reliable & flexible (occasional weekends during peak times)
THE HOURS
- 40 hours/week - schedule agreed with Head of Dispatch & Logistics
- Flexibility needed (including occasional weekends)
- Overtime available during peak seasons
