This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where your administrative and coordination skills will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Driver Coordination: Booking in drivers upon arrival and directing them to appropriate bays.
Documentation: Issuing accurate delivery notes and ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly.
Dispatch Support: Assisting with the scheduling and monitoring of deliveries and collections.
Communication: Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure efficient dispatch operations.
Admin Duties: General office tasks including data entry, filing, answering phones, and maintaining records.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or warehouse admin role is desirable.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Comfortable using basic computer systems and handling paperwork.
A proactive and reliable team player.
