Location: Maryhill Science Park

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30-16:30

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Estimated Annual Take-Home with Bonuses: £26,000

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Dispensing Operative to join a growing team based at Maryhill Science Park. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude who are looking to build a long-term career within a great working environment.

You will begin in a hands-on role focusing on packing boxes and general support tasks. Over time, as you develop, you will progress into working with cobots and handling vials, gaining valuable technical experience in a clean, well-organised setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing boxes and preparing products for dispatch
• Basic assembly and handling of materials
• Supporting daily manufacturing and warehouse workflows
• Picking and packing tasks as required
• Following health & safety guidelines at all times
• Progressing into cobot operation and vial handling after training

Ideal Background

Experience in any of the following is beneficial (but not essential):

• Manufacturing
• Warehouse work
• Picking & packing
• Assembly or production line work

The most important factor is attitude - reliability, willingness to learn, and a positive approach are key.
