We are recruiting for an Entry-Level Administrator to join a busy and friendly team in Birtley. This role would be ideal for someone looking for their first office-based administration job or for someone with a little admin experience who wants to develop their skills further.

Full training will be provided, so no previous transport or logistics experience is required. We are looking for someone eager to learn, with a positive attitude and good attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• General administration duties
• Managing emails and communications
• Updating spreadsheets and records
• Data entry and filing
• Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks
• Assisting with internal communications and documentation

What We're Looking For

• Basic administration or office experience is desirable
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Organised and reliable approach to work
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
