We are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers, FLT Drivers, Forklift Truck Operators, and Line Feeders for a leading manufacturing and logistics operation based at Pride Park, Derby.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with Reach Truck, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, production, or material handling experience looking for long-term work with a genuine temp-to-permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

As a Reach Truck Driver / Line Feeder, your duties will include:

• Operating a Reach Truck FLT safely and efficiently
• Line feeding production areas with parts and materials
• Supplying manufacturing lines to maintain production targets
• Transporting stock throughout warehouse and production areas
• Loading and unloading pallets and goods
• Conducting daily FLT safety and equipment checks
• Supporting warehouse operations and stock management
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock replenishment
• Following all health & safety and site procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this FLT Driver / Reach Truck Driver role, you will need:

• A valid Reach Truck Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, AITT or equivalent)
• At least 12 months' Reach Truck operating experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, automotive, or production environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work rotating day, afternoon, and night shifts
• Reliability and a positive work ethic
