🌟 About the Role

Blue Arrow is recruiting Fabrication & Assembly Operatives to join a leading manufacturer within the heating and hot water industry, producing high‑performance water storage systems.

As part of the production team, you will be involved in:

• Fabrication - Cutting, shaping, and welding metal components
• Assembly - Installing internal parts and fittings to specification
• Inspection - Carrying out quality and safety checks to ensure high standards

This is a hands‑on role suited to candidates with experience in metalwork, mechanical assembly, or industrial production environments.

✅ Full training is provided; however, relevant experience is essential.

🚨 On‑site induction required - limited slots available, so early application is advised.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Experience in fabrication and/or assembly
• Ability to work 38+ hours per week
• Willingness to work additional hours and weekends when required by the business
• Familiarity with inspection tools and procedures
• Strong health & safety awareness
• High attention to detail and a quality‑driven approach
• Flexibility is essential - all candidates must be adaptable to meet changing business needs

💰 Pay Rates

• Morning Shift: £13.45/hr (up to £16.99/hr with length of service)
• Afternoon Shift: £15.33/hr (up to £18.87/hr with length of service)

🕒 Shift Patterns

• Day Shift:
• Mon-Thu 06:00-14:30 | Fri 06:00-12:00
• Afternoon Shift:
• Mon-Thu 14:30-23:00 | Fri 12:00-18:00

🔄 Flexibility is required for rotating shifts. A night shift may be introduced in line with business demand, and all successful candidates are expected to be flexible.
