What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in PPE or workwear sales (preferably B2B)

• Strong knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and certification requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

• Experience using CRM systems

• A proactive, team-oriented approach

• Full UK driving licence (role requires regular travel)

What You'll Be Doing:

Sales & Client Engagement

• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored PPE and workwear solutions

• Build strong, lasting relationships with B2B clients

• Handle incoming enquiries, resolve issues, and convert opportunities into sales

Product Expertise

• Stay up to date with product knowledge, compliance standards, and certifications

• Keep informed on industry developments, innovations, and regulations

• Support procurement by identifying and sourcing new, compliant product lines

Relationship Building

• Represent our brand at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings

• Develop and maintain key supplier relationships to broaden product offerings

Compliance & Certification

• Ensure all products meet UK/EU health and safety standards

• Provide accurate certification and technical documentation to clients

Internal Collaboration

• Work alongside marketing, procurement, and customer service teams

• Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing initiatives
