About Us

Well-established, family-run business supplying to trade customers, primarily holiday and parks. With a strong reputation and loyal customer base across the South and East of England, we are continuing to grow - and this role is key to driving that expansion.


The Role

We're looking for a driven and resilient field-based sales professional to manage and grow an established territory from North Norfolk to Sussex.

This is a hands-on B2B sales role, involving both account management and new business development. You will be on the road 3-4 days per week, working from home the remaining time, with regular overnight stays required (minimum 3 nights every other week).

This is an autonomous position - ideal for someone who thrives independently and can take full ownership of their territory, pipeline, and results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a territory covering North Norfolk down to Sussex
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with caravan and holiday park operators
  • Grow existing key accounts while actively seeking and securing new business
  • Present and sell the UK Caravan Centre product range
  • Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
  • Plan and manage your own diary, appointments, and sales pipeline
  • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports to management

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Proven track record in B2B field sales with clear evidence of results
  • Highly resilient and self-motivated with the ability to handle rejection
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels
  • Commercially aware with strong closing ability
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Willing to stay away from home at least 3 nights every other week (non-negotiable)
