📋 Typical Responsibilities

As part of our finance talent pool, you may be considered for roles involving:

✅ Processing high volumes of purchase invoices

✅ Matching invoices to purchase orders, timesheets and supporting documentation

✅ Coding invoices to appropriate cost centres and departments

✅ Inputting financial data onto internal accounting systems

✅ Reconciling supplier statements

✅ Investigating and resolving invoice queries

✅ Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders

✅ Supporting payment runs and month-end activities

✅ Maintaining accurate financial records

✅ Providing general finance and administrative support

🎯 What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates with:

✔ Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable experience

✔ Finance Administration experience

✔ AAT qualifications (Level 2, 3 or 4)

✔ Strong numerical and data entry skills

✔ Excellent attention to detail

✔ Good communication and organisational skills

✔ Experience working to deadlines in busy environments

✔ Competency using Microsoft Excel and finance systems

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:

⭐ SAP

⭐ Oracle

⭐ RotaMaster
