FLT Counterbalance Driver

Pay Rate: £14.16 per hour + Holiday Pay Accrual

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Blue Arrow is recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers on behalf of XPO Logistics for a flagship contract supporting a leading name in the building materials industry.

We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in the NG11 0LB area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position.

FLT Counterbalance Driver Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard
• Carrying out stock replenishment and stock movements
• Supporting warehouse operations as required
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and site regulations

FLT Driver Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent)
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety within a warehouse environment
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced operation
