FLT Counterbalance Driver - Night Shift 4 On 4 Off

Location: Swan Valley, Northampton (NN4)

Contract: Temporary Ongoing - Full-Time Hours

Pay:

Nights: £17.49ph

Overtime: £24.93ph

Please note pay is pro rota to 40.25 hours per week. Overtime is paid after 40.25 hours.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for our client, a leading distributor of beers, wines and spirits supplying the public sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established logistics operation based in Northampton NN4.

Shift Pattern

4 on 4 Off

Hours: 6:00pm - 6:00am

Please note site carry out Drug and Alcohol test during induction and assessment stages for this role.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Valid B1 Counterbalance licence with strong experience operating FLTs in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused workplace
• Experience using 3.5‑tonne double pallet handlers (essential)
• Comfortable with some manual handling
• D1 Reach licence beneficial but not essential
• Physically fit and capable of meeting role demands
• Ability to start immediately is an advantage
