FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Gotham, Nottingham

Pay Rate: £13.78 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Start Date: End of April

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client's warehouse operation in Gotham, Nottingham.

This is a great opportunity for an FLT Driver looking for steady weekday hours, a supportive onsite team, and a well‑organised warehouse environment.

The Role

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe movement of goods across the site. Duties will include:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload pallets
• Transporting stock to designated warehouse locations
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

• Valid, in‑date Counterbalance FLT licence
• Minimum 6 months' experience operating a counterbalance truck
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of safety
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed attitude
