Blue Arrow is currently recruiting FLT Reach Truck Drivers for a major distribution centre based in Cardiff.

If you hold a valid Reach Truck license and are looking for consistent work with the potential to go permanent, we'd love to hear from you!

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Reach Truck Operations

• Safely operate reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve goods from high-level storage areas.

Stock Handling

• Load and unload deliveries
• Replenish and rotate stock
• Pick and put away items
• Collate orders for dispatch

Warehouse Operations

• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners or pick sheets
• Operate palletisers and voice-picking systems
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Goods In & Out

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries
• Conduct quality control checks
• Prepare items for outbound shipment

🕒 Shift Details

• Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
• £13.50 per hour
• Ongoing work with potential for permanent placement
