Blue Arrow Bristol is recruiting Food Production Operatives for a busy food manufacturing site in Bristol. We have opportunities available across Packing, Warehouse, and Mixing departments.

Pay Rates

• £15.97 to £26.11 per hour (depending on shift pattern)
• Weekly pay (PAYE)
• Holiday pay accrued alongside earnings
• Minimum 8-hour shift guarantee

Key Responsibilities

• Packing food products to quality standards
• Operating within warehouse and production areas
• Mixing ingredients and following production processes
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Manual handling and general production duties
• Working as part of a fast-paced team

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Must have a car or motorbike due to location
• Minimum 6 months' experience in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or food production environment
• Ability to safely lift and handle bags weighing up to 25kg
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Flexible to work rotating days or night shifts
