Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join our fast-paced warehouse operation at Fradley Park, Lichfield. Ideal candidates will have experience in pallet networking or working in high-volume environments, moving 150-200 pallets per shift.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
* Load and unload trailers and vehicles
* Move and stack pallets in a busy warehouse setting
* Maintain accurate records and follow site safety procedures

Requirements
* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-date)
* Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or pallet network environment
* Ability to handle high volumes (150-200 pallets per shift)
* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
