### 🔧 What You'll Need:

- ✅ At least 12 months Reach Truck experience
- ✅ Valid and accredited Reach Truck D2 (8m+) & Counterbalance licenses
- ✅ Physically fit and flexible with shift patterns
- ✅ **Willingness to work across rotating shifts and adapt to changing schedules as required by the client**

### 🛠️ FLT Duties Include:

- 🚚 **Feeding production lines** with materials and components to maintain workflow
- 🔄 **Assisting with changeovers** by relocating tools, packaging, and parts
- 📦 **Loading and unloading** goods from lorries and internal transport systems
- 🧱 **Stock movement** between warehouse, production, and dispatch areas
- 🧾 **Using scanners and warehouse systems** to track inventory and goods flow
- 🧰 **General forklift operations**, including stacking, racking, and pallet handling
- 🔍 **Daily pre-use vehicle checks** and reporting any faults immediately
- 🧯 **Strict adherence to safety protocols**, including:
- Wearing full PPE (hi-vis, safety boots, gloves, etc.)
- Maintaining safe speeds and clear visibility at all times
- Following designated FLT routes and pedestrian safety zones
- Never operating equipment under fatigue or distraction
- Participating in regular safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Complying with all site-specific health & safety regulations

💷 Pay Rates:

🌅 **Days: £15.12/hr** *
🌙 **Afternoons: £17.00/hr**
(applies to drivers with valid D2 Reach Truck certification only)*

🕒 Shift Times:

- **Mon-Thu:** 6am-2:30pm / 2:30pm-11pm
- **Fri:** 6am-12pm / 12pm-6pm
