The Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join our busy warehouse team at Fradley Park, Lichfield. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in pallet networking or high-volume goods movement, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing
* Operating a counterbalance forklift to move goods safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading trailers
* Handling 150-200 pallets per shift
* Working as part of a team to meet tight deadlines
* Following all health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For
* A valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence
* Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or pallet network environment
* Ability to manage high pallet volumes
* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
* Flexibility with evening shift start times
