Location: Fradley Park, Lichfield

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Hours: Start times from 17:00 | 8.5-hour shifts

Contract Type: Temp to Perm (3-month trial period)

About the Role:

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a thriving pallet network operation in Fradley Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and skilled FLT drivers seeking long-term employment in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload palletised goods from vehicles and trailers.
• Support warehouse operations and maintain accurate stock movement.
• Work collaboratively with a busy team to meet nightly targets.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence - essential.
• Previous experience in a pallet network or logistics environment - highly desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-moving operation.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-focused attitude.
