Are you an experienced Forklift Driver, Warehouse Operative, or Logistics Worker looking for your next opportunity? Blue Arrow is hiring skilled Forklift, PPT (Power Pallet Truck), and Bendi Truck Operatives to support our reputable clients across Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, and nearby areas.

Depending on your licence and experience, your responsibilities may include:

• Operating Counterbalance Forklift, Reach Truck, PPT, or Bendi Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries from lorries and vans
• Moving goods and stock around the warehouse or distribution centre
• Supporting general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and stock control
• Following health and safety procedures and site protocols

• Flexible shifts - including day shifts and weekend work
• Temporary and permanent roles
• Competitive hourly pay, weekly wages, and holiday accrual
• Local placements to reduce travel time
• Immediate starts available
• Ongoing support from your dedicated Blue Arrow recruitment consultant

• Valid and in-date Forklift, PPT, or Bendi Truck licence/certification
• OR previous Forklift, PPT, or Bendi experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a strong team player
