We're partnering with one of Germany's leading AI-native commercial insurance brokers as they continue their rapid growth. Backed by top investors and building at the intersection of AI and insurance, they're looking to hire a
Founders Associate to work directly alongside the Founder & CEO.
This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to every aspect of scaling a high-growth, venture-backed AI software business. You'll operate at the centre of the company, driving high-impact strategic initiatives across go-to-market, finance, operations, and the CEO's office.
The OpportunityAs Founder's Associate, you'll partner closely with the Founder & CEO on the company's highest-priority initiatives. No two days will be the same you'll solve critical business challenges, lead cross-functional projects, and help shape the company's next stage of growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Go-to-Market- Support demand generation and growth initiatives
- Analyse pricing strategy and commercial performance
- Track funnel metrics and business performance
- Improve sales processes and commercial operations
- Build strategic partnerships and support business development
Strategy & Finance- Prepare board materials and investor reporting
- Support fundraising processes
- Build financial models, forecasts, and business cases
- Assist with financial administration and cap table management
- Support company planning and All Hands preparation
CEO Office- Drive cross-functional strategic projects
- Prepare analysis and materials for key business decisions
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams
- Take ownership of the company's highest-priority initiatives from day one
About You- Outstanding academic record from a leading university or business school
- Previous experience as a Founder's Associate or in a fast-paced venture-backed startup (internships included)
- At least one year of cumulative professional experience (internships count)
- Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English with solid German language skills
- High level of ownership and attention to detail
- Humble, ambitious, and eager to learn
- Strong work ethic and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excited to work on-site in Berlin alongside the Founder & CEO
