Quality Control Operative - Lichfield

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Hours: starting from 18:00 - later | 8.5‑hour shifts (including 30‑minute unpaid break)

Blue Arrow is recruiting an experienced Quality Control Operative to join a fast‑paced pallet networking operation in Lichfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse and freight experience who thrives in a busy, accuracy‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Use handheld scanning equipment to process inbound and outbound freight
• Carry out detailed quality checks on all freight
• Inspect incoming goods for damage and report issues promptly
• Support smooth goods‑in/goods‑out procedures to maintain operational flow

About You

• Previous experience in goods in/goods out
• Strong background in warehouse or logistics environments
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
• Confident using handheld scanners and following quality processes
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
