Pay: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:45am-3:30pm

Location: Derby

Contract: Ongoing / Temp to Perm opportunity

About the Role

Blue Arrow is recruiting for an experienced Furniture Sprayer to join a high‑quality manufacturing environment in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft and is committed to producing top‑tier finished goods.

You will be responsible for spraying and finishing a range of bespoke furniture products and supporting the workshop team with preparation tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out high‑quality furniture spraying using a variety of coatings and finishes.
• Ensure products meet the highest possible standards, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
• Assist with practical workshop tasks such as frame making, sanding, filling, and general prep work.
• Maintain equipment, mixing areas, and spray booths in a clean and safe condition.
• Work with an ownership mindset, ensuring quality from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in furniture spraying (preferred and highly advantageous).
• Ability to work to very high-quality standards with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to assist with additional workshop duties as required.
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent results.
• Understanding of workshop safety and correct handling of materials.
