We are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join a friendly and innovative team within a recycling and production environment. This is a hands-on role with consistent weekday hours, making it ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a team.

Duties Include:

• Loading plastic cups into industrial washing equipment
• Stacking and organising cleaned cups
• Scanning products using handheld scanners
• Labelling cups and tote boxes accurately
• Packing products into totes ready for distribution
• Assisting with moving tote boxes around the warehouse
• Supporting the loading of vans when required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow processes and procedures
• Comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Previous warehouse, production, recycling, or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential

What You'll Receive:

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Thursday working pattern, giving you a long weekend every week
• Apron and protective gloves provided
• Safety boots required, although these can be provided if needed
• Friendly and supportive working environment
