Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 | Hybrid
Seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to join a well-established, fast-growing business. This role focuses on coordinating global payroll delivery, acting as the key link between clients and in-country payroll providers. It’s ideal for someone with payroll experience who excels in project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate multi-country payroll delivery and timelines
- Act as primary contact between clients and in-country providers
- Support new payroll implementations and transitions
- Attend client meetings and maintain strong relationships
- Resolve payroll issues in collaboration with internal teams and providers
- Maintain process documentation and global payroll knowledge libraries
- Provide guidance to trainees and assistants
About You- Payroll, payroll coordination, or operational experience
- Strong project management and stakeholder skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working with international teams and providers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
